Information we collect

• Contact details you choose to submit: full name, email address, mobile number, and any note you add.
• General study interests you select and any optional note you write.
• For SMS consent: the category selected, consent time, source page, consent disclosure version, browser user agent, and IP address where available.
• Saved queue items, which are stored only on your own device as public listing identifiers.

We ask that you do not submit health conditions, diagnoses, treatments, or other personal health information. We do not request it and do not intend to collect it.

How we use information

To respond to your request, organize your stated study interests, send the SMS categories you selected, and, only with separate permission, help arrange a courtesy introduction to an independent trial program.

SMS communications

SMS messages are sent only to people who check an SMS consent box. Categories are queue and account notifications, and new and similar opportunity updates. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms of Service.

Mobile opt-in information

Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.

This includes research organizations, trial sponsors, drug development companies, and third-party marketers. Sharing your contact details for a courtesy introduction to a specific independent program requires separate, explicit consent and is never part of SMS opt-in.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses browser storage to remember your saved queue on your device. We do not send form contents or study interests to third-party analytics.

Data retention

We keep submitted information only as long as needed to respond to your request, maintain consent records, and meet legal obligations.

Opt-out rights
