Program description

The Trials Queue SMS Program sends recurring text messages related to clinical trial opportunities you save: queue activity updates, similar opportunity notices, reminders you select, newly posted studies, and account notifications about your own requests, including requested coordination status. Trials Queue is not a research organization or healthcare provider.

Message categories

• Account notifications: Varies based on your account activity.
• Marketing messages: Varies, generally up to 4 messages per month.

Opt-in method

You join by checking one or more unchecked SMS consent boxes on our contact page and providing a mobile number. Consent is optional and not a condition of purchase, access, or use of the site. Your first message confirms the selected category, for example:
